Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The staff was friendly and welcoming at check-in, which was a positive, but the condition and maintenance of the hotel left a lot to be desired. There was hair in the shower, which made the bathroom feel like it had not been properly cleaned. The railing around the pool was broken, which was concerning from a safety standpoint. Super excellent room, better than expected. The room is extremely spacious, a nice office area, kitchenette with all the basic utensils (clean), large bathroom, and a comfortable sitting area. Breakfast was first rate, clean serving stations, and an attendant hovering to ensure folks are satisfied. Best of all, this was a standard 2 bed suite at reasonable prices. I will be adding this chain to my top tier choices.
