I recently stayed at a Homewood Suites by Hilton and was genuinely disappointed by the condition and cleanliness of the room. At first glance, the space appeared acceptable, but it quickly became clear that it had not been properly cleaned or inspected. There was visible debris on the bedding, buildup in the bathroom, and high-touch surfaces such as the phone had not been sanitized. I didn't have the best experience here. It wasn't the worst either. To start, I recieved a call that they were overbooked (by Expedia) and they needed to change my room to 1 king instead of the 2 queens that I paid for. Fine. I only needed a king anyway, but that wasn't available when I booked, which doesn't make sense of you ask me. I was told that I would likely still be charged the greater price for the room I booked through Expedia and that I'd have to take it up with them. 5 stars because of the customer service!! Dallas at the front desk is amazing, she is so sweet and professional. I got locked out of my room some how and she jumped right into action. Called the manager for help and he came right away to assist in getting me in my room. The house keeping manager is also very nice. I had a long travel day and wanted to see if they could get me checked in a hour early, and they did! Between Dallas and house keeping manager they got me a cleaned room right away so I could rest. Poor customer service. Only hot food at the "full hot breakfast" was bacon and potatoes. No eggs, no milk. The management here needs work. There were so many issues during our stay. :(

The hotel is located in a great spot. Very accommodating with our pups. Dallas was super amazing when we arrived Wednesday evening. She had a small set up that had cookies and little snacks. She was a pleasure to sit and talk with.
