I can’t say enough great things about Jenny at Homewood Suites. Her customer service went above and beyond—she even made sure we had coffee, toast and bagels before we had to leave extra early for our flight. Her attention to detail and care made a big difference in our experience, and I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

The front desk employees are very nice and they are very helpful. Now the hotel stay was horrible. They don't clean rooms every other day if you stay more than one day. At least bring fresh towels up to the room when requested. I had to put all my trash out the door because not even by 6pm o'clock the second day my room wasnt done. I called and the manager acted like I was bothering them. I would not stay here ever for sure. Trust me pay that extra money for a better stay.

Room was clean but not ready at time we checked in at 3 pm so had to wait until it was ready. They have started charging guests an additional fee to park at the hotel per night. Staff was friendly and other than the extra wait time efficient.
