You can tell someone cares about this place. It's a good price per square footage deal even if it's not the most central location. The breakfast was good and a little different (lime crema, chia pudding, dyi bfast burritos, etc.). The patio with pool, grill, basketball court, and plenty of comfy couches was perfect for families.

Room was very nice, bed was best I've ever slept in at a hotel, bathtub drained slow but wasn't a deal breaker, can't set AC in your room you just have to deal with whatever they choose, lobby wont let you order food to your room.

As a Hilton Rewards member I’ve had to cancel my stay at this location due to a 15 dollar fee a night for parking. This is even for those of us who are just working n town. Unfortunately this is the managers response to people who have been parking their cars long term when leaving from the airport. If we don’t want this location to decline rapidly I would highly recommend issues “free” parking passes for those who aren’t flying out and only charging extra for those who are.

Thomas requires babys to wear shoes at breakfast, they never restock the food. Overall just bad staff (not including room service they are great)
