I needed a hotel reservation last minute and the Hilton agent was very helpful in getting my room sorted. The hotel has suites, it's not just a room with utensils, a kitchenette, refrigerator, living and dining area, vanity - closet space, and a bathroom. There was a random pant in my closet which makes the house keeping services questionable but besides that there wasn't any issue. Check-in and check-out process was very smooth.
