Very clean, very well managed. Cheerful and professional staff at front desk. We picked it for the 4.9 rating across about 1,100 reviews and we were not disappointed!
From the moment we checked and Leah helped us we knew it would be a great stay. Leah was engaging and friendly, gave us the low down on breakfast and the amenities. She greeted us in the mornings before are walks with a smile! Great way to start the day! Todd was the breakfast attendant! Man, he put in a spread! Excellent hotel, clean rooms and great staff
It was our best stay this trip. We have stayed in joplin a number of times and are very pleased with our stay!
We stayed for one night. We had the king suite. The room is excellent. It was spacious, clean and quiet up on the 4th floor. Full size refrigerator, dish washer and two burner stove. The Bedroom and sitting area are separate which is nice. Would stay again
