Service was slow and the rooms were not cleaned at the time check-in’s began!! Front desk staff did not make accommodations based on the lateness of housekeeping.
Enjoyed our stay here for 2 nights. Clean and quiet hotel, cold AC, comfortable beds, nice pool area, decent complimentary breakfast. The only COMPLAINT I have is about the receptionist working at 9-10pm on 7/3. I walked up to the counter shortly after arrival and was greeted by a rather rude “wassup?” like my needs were unimportant and i wasn’t a valued Hilton Honors guest, but instead was a bother. I really enjoyed my stay
I attempted to check-in early and was told there was no availability. Understandable, I then asked if I could drop off my bags for holding and was told that I could put them in the common area, but no one would watch them or be responsible for them if they were stolen. Excuse me? As a diamond member if this is the type of customer service I receive for a very reasonable request, I will be taking my business to Marriott.
