I originally called the location I wanted to stay it was on route to my drive to Miami. but lady from Hilton insisted I stay at this location. While driving the area looks sketchy amd dark. Upon arrive the lady was very nice. The room was so filty and smell like smoke. I was traveling with my family and kids. It was 3am. I asked for towel was given 2. There was none in room. The front desk, for the most part, doesn't really pay attention to detail. The rooms are older and not well kept. I ALWAYS bring clorox wipes with me for just this sort of occasion. It's obvious that it isn't wiped down and cleaned well. All in all, it is ok for a night or two, but if you want a better stay, find a different Hilton facility.

Experienced the absolute BEST customer service from the GM, Nicole. I booked the room late at night due to my A/C going out and couldn’t stay in my home with my dogs. They were so flexible and accommodating with me on the check in/out process.
