20 mins after I checked in I stepped on glass in my room. It was literally in front of the bathroom door in a handicap accessible room. The front desk never came with the first aid kit I request. I had to foot the bill for the glass removal from my foot that was so deep it required a dr to dig into the wound. I filed a request for reimbursement with Hilton's carrier after speaking with the manager. 3 months later and I have no reimbursement, nor have a heard anything from either side since.

The service is fantastic, everyone is very personable and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms are great. It was a great price. The location is close to a lot of different restaurants. We will be staying here again!

I chose this hotel primarily because it advertised having a jacuzzi, which is becoming harder and harder to find. Unfortunately, while the staff made an outstanding impression, the property itself was one of the most disappointing Hilton hotels I've stayed at. First, the positives.
