Understaffed. A lot of obvious services weren't happening. And if you were 'fully staffed' as you claim, you would have had rooms ready before 4pm and someone working at the front desk rather than going to breakfast while customers were waiting.

A really nice hotel. Clean and the rooms have a lot of space and features. A nice walking trail across the street. The pool and hot tub area was really nice. Good gym as well.
