Do not stay here. We reserved a room online as well as put arrival time at 4pm. Upon arrival the front desk employee said “the room you picked isn’t clean yet and I’m not even sure housekeeping is going to get to it today. You can check back in an hour. Oh, and the hot tub is broken right now so it’s more like a warm tub.” We just picked a different room. Should have canceled the reservation due to that lack of care and knowledge. Place was disgusting and very old. Smelled awful and not cleaned. Never had such bad service as a diamond member. Water was for Samsung employees only? Place had been smoked out based on the detector, ghetto. Book up the street at home2suites or Marriott.
Very disappointed in this hotel. As a Diamond member, I'm accustomed to a warm welcome upon my arrival. Instead, as I arrived late in the evening, the woman at the front desk stared at me as I approached the desk. No hello, no smile. Instead, all I received was a "checking in"? She also spent most of her time checking me in watching some young women in the pantry area with a very annoyed look on her face.
