This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Front desk was unhelpful with check in. The "suite" is tiny and antiquated that hasn't been cleaned well. Breakfast is until 9am and the food offered was minimal. The pool area is absolutely disgusting with missing tiles in the ceiling and the water is cloudy. Highly would not recommend, especially with kids.
Nice little spot. The wife and I got their Jacuzzi room and it was pretty nice.
Worst hotel staff I’ve ever dealt with. Especially Mariah. Don’t stay here. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels over the years and this was the worst experience I’ve had. We got in trouble for sitting in the parking lot at night but they had workers out smoking weed in their van in the parking lot during the day. Not sure who he manager was, but she was awful too. Do not recommend to anyone at any point ever. So many other good options in Carmel. Do yourself a favor and avoid this stay.
