I would not recommend this hotel. The pool was under renovation and when I brought up that it wasn’t communicated, I was told I should have checked the website before booking, that because I booked third party they “can’t even guarantee you a room,” and that I should book direct and become a Hilton Honors member. They also did absolutely nothing to help with a refund, and when Expedia reached out, the hotel refused the refund. I called to make a reservation and asked specifically if the pool and Hot Tub were open. I was assured that they were, and then upon check-in learned that they had been under repair for several months. The homepage of the hotel itself list these things as amenities. I followed up with the general manager after our stay, and she apologized, but was not willing to compensate us in any way. I value accountability and will not be back.
