This hotel is getting a worn out look. Check in and staff were great, but if you are looking for a 4 star plus hotel, this isn't it. Convenient to events at Carmel High School.
The worst hotel I have stayed in The room is too noisy can’t rest The bathroom clogged shower and disgusting toilet seat loose and full of cracks just dirty There is a bad smell in the room Asked front desk to help and they said they can’t no maintenance and no other rooms Which is hard to believe as many other guests checked in after us
Not at all to expectations. I reserved 2 rooms with balconies and got 1 room with patio (not a balcony if someone can walk up to your door and try to access, its not a balcony) and the other room had nothing. Small rooms. Thermostat was censored so if there wasn't movement the temperature dropped. So you set temperature and leave your room for a while, you came back to a cool room....not nice. If I was resting in my room, I had to constantly get up and walk past Thermostat so the heat would continue to run so I was comfortab... read more
