This is a good location, near many great restaurants and venues. The staff is friendly. The hotel and rooms are in desperate need of upgrades. I didn’t realize they allowed pets. Along with pets allowed there is carpet everywhere. Although there are non smoking signs , the halls and rooms are musty and smell like smoke. There was mold on the back of the bathroom door and on the ceiling. They have tried to mask the odors with perfume sprays throughout the halls and our room. Front desk was very polite. However i checked in way early and got there at like 15:30 and my chosen and designated room was not ready even though I was told to select that specific room. Immediate bad impression. Update. Both of my keys now do not work . My digital key does not work . And last night I tried to buy a bottle of water and the guy could not give me a receipt because his computer was that backed up. Clean despite old and good service
Bed was kind of hard. I do like that they offer both flatter and fluffier pillows on the bed.
