Wow, such a huge disappointment. First, let me say the staff was friendly. Sadly, the hotel is old & very smelly. When we got the room, the musty smell was overwhelming. The suite floor plan is very nice. The large kitchenette was very nice. The mattress was abhorrent and the musty moldy smell was overwhelming. We left at 5am because the stink was unbearable. Rooms are very mildew and damp, room cleaning every 2 days wasn't done garbage was piled high in room, snacks and coffee in rooms not refilled daily as advertised, constant room key reprogramed, outside door near pool broken told no one till after trying it. Room in 2 other rooms coworkers found cockroach. Left for another hotel.
Very helpful staff and welcoming. Not loud, decent price
