Just want to say, customer service is amazing!!!
My overall experience at this hotel was disappointing. Our room had several cleanliness issues from the moment we arrived. The carpet looked extremely dirty, as if it hadn’t been washed in a long time. The bathroom and shower area were also not properly cleaned. Additionally, for a property that offers suites, it's unacceptable that only one set of three bath towels is provided.
