I really wanted to give this stay a 5* review but I just couldn’t. I love Hilton brand hotels but this one fell very short. The potential for this to be a great option to stay at is there but some major updates are needed. We didn’t have hot water the entire time we were there (Fri-Sun). Extremely unacceptable. I notified them first via text because we had games all weekend so that was easiest. They responded to my towel request but ignored the water issue. The water would also completely turn off at times. Three days, no hot water, totally unacceptable. Traveling with my family of 5 we stayed at Homewood Suites for 3 nights. Imagine our surprise when we experienced luke warm showers. No matter when we showered, morning time or evening, the showers were not hot at all. Having hot water available to guests should be one of a hotel’s basic necessities.
