I picked this location solely on reviews. I drove thirty minutes from the airport to ensure my comfort while traveling. They got it right from Rodney front desk checking in. His welcoming smile and supreme customer service I was pleased. Housekeeping, Diana greeted me fondly and accompanied by thorough service. The hotel is maintained with customer service in mind. I had a wonderful experience at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston Memorial! A huge thank you to Jewelle. She was incredibly friendly and helped me print out some important papers. She was so patient and really tried her best to make sure everything came out perfectly. Excellent customer service!
Receptionist was very welcoming and was able to check me in within minutes. The room is very nice and clean, service was excellent, and the location was close to freeway and great restaurants.
Lovely accommodation we had for the weekend. The hotel design was modern, clean with very comfortable beds. Nice shower & room space. The breakfast was delicious with variety on each day. The staff are attentive and welcoming.
Great staff. Hotel clean and wrll maintained! Loved front desk stage. Friendly and engaging. Will be back!
