I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent incident that marred an otherwise enjoyable stay at your hotel. My group of six was extremely satisfied with the accommodations; the rooms were great and the overall hotel was wonderful. Hotel is clean, modern and doesn’t smell weird like most hotels do. The free wifi is horrible though

The rooms are good except you can hear massive footsteps above you (unless you're on the top floor assuming) that's a huge design flaw. Front desk lady saw me walk in and continued her conversation with coworker and then finished her phone call before even acknowledging me visually or verbally. Not a good first impression. Can't understand for the life of me why some Hiltons only put face wash soap and lotion next to the sink. Does nobody need to wash their hands? Where is the regular hand soap?
