Stayed several times at this Hilton Homewood Suites and every time has been a pleasure. Staff is always nice and very welcoming. Breakfast is always set up on time and plenty of the usual hot breakfast options for a Hilton. Overall great and will definitely keep staying here on my travels.
Honestly extremely disappointing when they make checking in one of my employees as difficult as they just did.
Boss called ahead of time to reserve a room for me during my work stay 10/9/25 - 10/11/25. I was perfectly fine paying the incidental fee knowing that the money would be refunded back to me after my stay, we were under the impression that the reservation itself would be payed for with our company card. He called ahead to make sure of this before I arrived. I look at my personal account today and see that the actual reservation fee was charged to my personal card and not our company card.
