Excellent hotel, but a staff member named Linda is not friendly at all and doesn't address any needs.
This is my new favorite hotel. Linda and Kim are the most welcoming people and have great hospitality and great recommendations for near by food. This is my new home when I am in the area. (Which is every 2 weeks) love this place, feels like home.
Hi. I would like to write a review for Henry Mesia at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston-Kingwood Parc-Airport Area. He is an incredible hard worker who cleans the kitchen and common areas, makes repairs, handles the garbage, maintains the pool and even prepares breakfast. He works non-stop from start to finish. He is humble and always willing to help. Henry truly goes above and beyond his duties and I believe he deserves a salary increase and ' Employee of the year ' award'.
