Both elevators are down, so you'll take the stairs! The hotel was in the middle of massive construction & definitelynot well marked. I passed out twice. I've stayed at many Homewood Suites before now; this is easily the worst one I've ever stayed at. I tried to speak to the young girl at the front desk. She was inattentive and loudly said, Wait! Hotel was wonderful. My company stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton for a conference. The food was great, the rooms were comfortable and clean, but what made my stay really standout was Linda from the front desk. She went above and beyond to help me during my stay! I can’t say enough about her or this place!

Had a great week staying here for a work conference. Staff was very welcoming and helpful! I want to give a shout out to Samuel and Jose who were very helpful and friendly to myself and colleagues. Will definitely stay here for personal time if I’m ever in the houston area.

Our stay at Homewood Suites was disappointing. The property is very old and clearly needs a lot of repairs and updating. We stayed for a couple of nights, and one of the biggest concerns we had was the security of the parking area. One night, my daughter returned to the hotel around 1:40 a.m. after finishing a project she was working on. We told her not to get out of the car and that we would come outside to get her.
