When you book a stay at a Hilton owned hotel you expect certain comfort, and health safety items. You don't expect used sanitary napkins in your toilet, or rodent droppings in your drawers, broken glass, or a shower handle that isn't firmly attached. Over the years I have seen these as well as bandaids in the scrambled eggs. All of these incidents didn't occur on our stay, but enough did to ruin a well anticipated baseball game that we had booked months in advance. This is my third stay at this hotel for work in the last few months, and it keeps delivering. The location is fantastic — almost everything you need is within walking distance. The rooms are a little dated, but spotless and spacious, and as someone with a touch of OCD, cleanliness is non-negotiable for me, so that matters a lot. For the size of the rooms and the location, the price is a steal.
