This is a very good hire to stay at. Service was very good and the hotel is in very good condition. Beds are great and the sheets are comfortable. The breakfast was better than most hotel free breakfast set ups.
There are concerns regarding the availability and involvement of the property manager when customer issues arise. When customers request to speak with management, employees are often instructed to handle the situation without direct managerial involvement. The property is consistently clean, which reflects positively on the employees responsible for daily upkeep and maintenance. The day prior to check in my entire family caught the flu. I called the hotel and kindly requested to cancel our reservation and explained the situation. The front desk was rude and before I could finish explaining he interrupted and said “sure we can cancel but you are responsible for the cancellation fee plus taxes”. Rats. Idk what is is with the rats. I couldnt figure out my my dog woulnt eat his food. Found a turd in it. Heard them scratching and squeaking in the ac all night.
