The best hotel in that area for a wedding at Curtis Arboretum. Suites were gorgeous and big (so many guests commented about this), free parking, and free breakfast. We booked a king suite to sleep in as well as a queen suite next to it to get ready in. They were great to work with, allowed late 2PM checkout for the queen suite, and brought up extra tables/chairs/mirrors/clothing rack for us! Lord I am a diamond member and had my flight cancelled by American yesterday, I wrote the front desk and was happy to send them proof. I was told I would not be charged but the next day I was charged the full amount. I called and asked for clarification the girl was so rude and had zero explanation.
Rooms are spacious, clean, everything in good condition. Staff is friendly & helpful. Outback right across the parking lot.
Very clean and decent hotel with lots of parking Bs free breakfast. There is a small indoor pool and a gym as well.
One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed out! My family and I stayed here this past weekend. This hotel seemed brand new. No wear and tear anywhere and everything was clean. Our room was beautiful and spacious. And again, VERY clean. We used the pool while there, which was great. Location wise, it was next to plenty of places to eat and stores. If I was in this area again, I’d come back here!
