The worst check in experience ever , I understand their new policy " card only " .. I get it , however when checking in their system did not tk my card .. it kept saying decline.. I even showed the front desk lady I had funds ( showed her my balance in my checking and savings account threw my phone ) I didn't have a option to pay for my room online ,, so I had to use a family members card .. they didn't have enough funds in the card .. so I had to go to ATM tk out the money and go add it in their card at HEB .. Very frustrat... read more
Very nice staff but the previous guest before me smoked and left the room smelling
The entire staff was so kind. Carolina checked me in and she was so helpful. Will book again
