Although we only stayed here as a stopover on our way to New York City after watching a game in Philadelphia, we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. The surroundings were great, with plenty of shops nearby that were easy to reach by car. The staff were friendly, and the free breakfast and parking were a real bonus. It definitely made me think that, in future travel plans, this could become a much more important part of our itinerary.
Living here with family for six flags. Plus side: they have a small indoor pool, a mini golf, half size basketball court, ping pong table. Many fun activities for kids. But the service is quite subpar. Very long response time for any ask. Room isn't very clean. Also, don't expect any benefits as Hilton diamond member except two free waters!
After checkout, I was charged $6. I called to ask why and was immediately told it was for bottled water - before even giving them my name or details about my stay. We did not take or open or drink the bottled waters in our hotel room. I was told it's "hotel policy" that they don't give refunds. This feels pretty scammy to me.
