I normally do not do reviews but after my stay I needed to warn others. We picked this hotel since I have a toddler and wanted her to have her own room and not feel like we were stuck all together at night. Upon entering the room it WREAKED of urine. It is a pet friendly hotel and obviously a dog peed on the rug and it was never cleaned. On top of that, the living room AC was broken and it was hot so the urine smell was made worse. The service was great. Reasonably priced, clean rooms. The man at the front desk was very kind and attentive as well. My family and I will definitely be staying here again when we return to Greensboro.
After a long day from traveling to this area and house hunting. My family and I decided to book this place for one night. My husband have previously booked this hotel in the past for work trips before. So he decided to book it again. We were so tired so didn't check in until 3-4pm. We all took a 2 hour nap and got up around 7pm. I noticed the room was extremely cold (AC was set at 67) so before leaving to dinner I turn the AC to 73. I am absolutely enjoying the stay here. You're surrounded by it looks like close to 10 other hotel chains. The hotel itself is a five-story building. It is huge. The room I am in is a quarter suite. Of course, as a Hilton Gold member, they take very good care of me. The shower is phenomenal. The water is hot. The beds are average but the building area is quiet. You are surrounded by every chain restaurant. You can think of every kind of shopping that you need. There's even Home Depot, Walmart and Target here
