The front desk staff is great!! The rest of the staff, not so much. Hallways never get vacuumed. Rooms don’t get cleaned thoroughly or consistently. Breakfast is the same every single day except the type of sausage they put out. (And that is on a 3 day rotation… The location is great for convenience but not safest area. Lots of homeless people around and the Motel 6 right next door has many that like to sit out in the cars and play loud music most nights till way late. Very clean!! Customer service was top notch!! In a safe area close to restaurants, etc. I highly recommend!
Nothing but great service. I wish the pool was heated.
