Rooms clean and spacious. Overall very nice. Disappointed to not see a pool; at $200+ per night. Workout center looks clean. Breakfast area has a decent selection but all of it is about as good as you'd expect from a Detention Center.
Housekeeping didn't seem to be into their job. Bed was like I made my bed as a kid. Towels left on bed rather than in the bathroom cabinets. I found it quite unusual. I spend approximately 200 nights a year in hotels.
I was at the NHRA Nationals in Norwalk and my dispatcher booked me here. The first night I spent the night feeling wet and cold as the room was saturated with moisture. The front desk clerk told me they had no other rooms. The next morning engineer arrived to swap out the a/c due to the unit being full of water. Second night I walked in after all day at the races only to finds the room floor covered with ants. I again called the front desk and was told they don’t have any other rooms. We were there during July 4th weekend. This hotel is immaculate & very well designed. The room was spotless with a nice floorplan. Joshua & the front desk staff were amazing. We will be back soon & I highly recommend it.
