We had to call for towels every single day because no one ever came to the rooms. On the third day when I called for towels, the guest services rep said “well they brought you some yesterday” as if we are supposed to use used towels daily and I said “yeah we already used those” - and who reuses the same towels to bathe with because that’s nasty!? Our checkout experience was awful. I was informed checking out early would not be a problem but it turned into a problem. I had a personal problem come up, so I had to checkout a day early. Spoke to the front desk, confirmed once again it would not be a problem. Associate confirmed with SUSAN (management). SUSAN was literally standing at the desk but did not want to speak to me. Nice property. The rooms are not the typical two room set up as other Homewood Suites so that kinda sucks. What really irritates me was charging $20/day to park. That's some sneaky stuff. Like you want to make your rooms seem like a better deal and then turn around and charge for parking in normal type parking lot. Just raise your room rates and don't be sneaky.
