I was impressed with staff and gym access,i guess i did not look hard enough as I could not find the ice machine.had to exit my review because a finical loss of some money that disappear and while we attempted to have GM reply to our loss we as have not as of yet heard any reply .
I just love JOE so bad he is so funny and great. I love his energy. He made my experience the best I will come back just for him

The guy at the front desk is rude, he need to be nice with the guests, everything else is ok.
The people in the front are very nice and they make sure your stay is perfect
