Very quiet. Staff was friendly and I felt protected by their security measures.
The smell is horrible when you walk in front door. The room didn’t have a safety lock on the door. Had some kind of bug crawling around the bed. The chairs in the breakfast area/lobby were worn out.I was also told I could pay cash when we left and when I went to checkout they got sassy and wouldn’t let me pay cash. All around wasn’t a good experience.
I don't usually write reviews but I felt the need to this time. I've been to many different Hiltons and this one is by far the worst I've visited. Needs an update. But the worst part is I found a yellow pill one the floor as soon as I got to my room. I have a 2 year old and a one year old so for me that is unacceptable.i googled the pill and it was a tramadol . A very strong opioid. I'm just upset about my entire visit at this point. Odessa-tx Homewood Suites is nothing like this. They set my expectations very high
