There are very good reasons that this particular Homewood Suites location normally has the cheapest prices in the Metroplex. Beware.
Worst Hilton I have stayed at!! Multiple issues during our stay and poor customer service. Room not ready until after 5, no working ice machines in the building, tv not working in room, half of parking lot blocked off, 2 towels for 4 people even after asking for more towels only got one additional towel. Stayed at 7 Hiltons over past 2 weeks on road trip. Homewoods? Never again!!
The room above us AC flooded our room at 3Am on the last night. We had to quickly move rooms and throw things in trash bags because our bags were wet and other items ruined. I was told by the night clerk Saga that the manager would help us with some reimbursement to replace items. The next day the manager wasn't there and Bria wasn't too helpful. Great rooms for one or a few people. Kitchenette has a full sized fridge and enough items to make life easier on the road. Beds are amazing, so comfy. Cooktop didn't work. Hotel was clean and staff was nice. All around great choice for mid-priced hotel.
When you book a Homewood Suites, there are certain brand standards that you come to expect. This hotel was obviously another brand prior to becoming a Homewood Suites. It's in the vicinity of a Motel 6 and other brands of that quality. It is undergoing a remodel but the nearby hotels and businesses project an image that I haven't seen near another Homewood property.
