The breakfast lady curly black hair was rude and disrespectful telling me to leave when I was still having breakfast and wanted me to put away the syrup when I was using it she called me stupid employees should have more minors and shouldn't treat guest like that

Let me cut to the chase: 1. Hotel provided a wrong room key that caused I just walk into a room which is occupied with other guests (they are in the room at that moment). 2. Hotel over sold the rooms which they don't have; I booked a suite room and check-in online prior on Hilton App already and App assign 404 room for me, but they told me there are not enough Suite room for me when I arrived hotel, I can only change to Studio room with no choice.
