This is a brand-new hotel with an excellent location. It’s super convenient for shopping, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. What impressed me most was the warm and welcoming atmosphere — especially thanks to Mr. Martin Tapia, the hotel manager, who was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. My family of 4 were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this last minute hotel. There was lage covered parking spots with car chargers, a huge room with full kitchen that is actually stocked for cooking and an evening social hour and breakfast included. Brand new, clean and comfortable. We had a 2 queen suite and there is room for 6. There are plenty or restaurants within walking distance. It is brand new. Pool still being built.

The hotel is new and it is evident but the service here is the worst I have had for any Hilton property. John or Johnny at the front desk is horrible. I had prepaid my booking already yet charged me for my room as a new booking then noticed it was already paid, luckily I have funds on my CC but that’s a big mistake. I was the only one there and it literally took 20 min to get my room key. The room lights are on a sensor or timer not sure but they turned off after I was just sitting watching TV, I tried every single light and... read more
