The staff is always kind and helpful when we stay here.
We stayed at Homewood Suites Fort Worth West Cityview for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Throughout our visit, housekeeping did an excellent job providing fresh towels and keeping our room clean. That extra attention to detail was greatly appreciated. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided everything our family needed during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Fort Worth/Dallas area.
Visiting family for Father's Day. We love this location as it's close to everything we need. We found Homewood Suites by Hilton very comfortable, and quiet, and the staff very kind.
They offered me a room on the 4th (top) floor after I experienced a very noisy room above me tha night before. Great service recovery! The front desk and ladies who make the breakfast are sweet people!
