We booked this for a reunion. They were happy to work with us on getting a block or rooms set aside. I loved walking into this hotel. They had it totally decorated for Fall with scents of apple and cinnamon. It felt welcoming, vs. walking into a blank slate shell of a lobby. The rooms were spacious rith a couch, desk and mini kitchen.
At home I have a purple mattress. In comparison the mattress at the hotel was hard - not just firm, but hard. I understand they may not be hard for everyone, and I don't expect home quality at a hotel. However, the pillows were lovely! The hot free breakfast was good but not great because the sausage was barely brown, the grits were very watery, and it took 3 passes for the bagel to get even slightly brown.
