Mattress was bad. Room had torn carpet. Musty AC.
Very clean hotel!! Spacious rooms and great location near the event that I attended. Excellent customer service! I am definitely booking at this hotel again!
I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now for my sons doctors appointments at Cooks children’s hospital, it’s very convenient for those stays, however the past couple of years I’ve noticed a little more greed it seems like, this past visit we only needed a one night stay and they always accommodated with a children’s stay credit and this time they said it’s only room specific to get the discount.
