I try not be negative but as a Diamond member I expect more. When I go to check in I am told they dont have the King Junior Suite I booked on the Hilton Website over two weeks ago. Said they are overbooked. How do you over book hotel rooms with all the technology these days? Then I get to the room they had available and there is 1 towel. No floor mat. Looks like someone laid on top of both Queen beds. Rooms and bathrooms need to be upgraded.
Great suites with everything you need for a business trip. Free breakfast is OK. Free coffee is always available
The Good: The staff, I have to say was friendly and very responsive. The Bad: We stayed in room 210 over Christmas Eve for a few nights.The first issue I had was the large stain on the carpet, it was a turn off for me because it was brownish/red and although it did not smell at all I kept wondering what the heck it was the whole time I stayed.The shower had that pink mold that tends to stick to showers, the shower gel was empty( worst thing to find out once you are in the shower and all wet already), the toilet handle has to... read more
