Bathroom lighting was poor , and shower temperature was inadequate.
Rooms are so big, staff very welcoming ---- even though we didn't arrive until 2 a.m. We will definitely stay here whenever we are in Fort Wayne!!

Very disappointing stay to say the least. When I booked the hotel I requested a room nothing higher than the second floor and stated I was handicapped in a wheelchair. When I arrived at the hotel they put me in a room on the third floor. I asked if they could change my room and Sierra said it is the last room. I explained What I had requested and she said there was no special requests on my reservation. Did not even attempt to accommodate me.
