Overall a decent experience for the money. Pros: - decent location with easy access to tollways and expressways - larger, suite style rooms with kitchen and Murphy bed were great for traveling with kids Cons - breakfast was sub par. Food was mostly inedible. Would either plan on alternative breakfast options or go into it with very low standards - room service was non existent. Decent facility. Great staff. Very busy location. Breakfast offered to guests was acceptable. Location presented challenges in order to reach stipend malls and restaurants. Plan to drive or rideshare if you plan to leave the property. Walking is an option--plan on at least a half mile walk each way. Of note is that sidewalks end at Butterfield. Once you navigate the crosswalk, plan to walk along grassy knolls. "Navigate crosswalk" = look both ways more than once because this is a driver friendly intersection not so much a pe... read more

Elevator out of service for 3 of 4 nights of stay. This happens but the management made zero effort to redirect the guests to service elevators and stairways. A handwritten note on the wall would have alleviated a lot of upset guests. Pool closed: The internal sign (they managed to write one for this) said it was advertised as such online. Perhaps but I did not and have not seen it.
