My room was perfect and the services were wonderful unfortunately I didn't get to enjoy the pool as they were way too many children
I stayed for a week and I was disappointed that the floor I was on had a broken ice machine the entire time I was there. The maintenance was quick to fix my refrigerator the second day.
The customer service was absolutely incredible all of the staff we’re sweet and accommodating especially Greg, overnight staff. Greg has amazing communication skills, he spoke to us about our wwe events and was an amazing worker, thank you Greg for being amazing!!! Would definitely stay here again!
Filthy worn out furniture. Old, paper thin cheap sheets. Smelled like the inside of a microwave oven after years of cooking lasagna every night. Bags of trash lining the halls which were left out by people who seem to be living there. Gross. Felt like federal housing. Absolutely horrible.
The rooms were quite dirty, with many visible stains and spots on the sheets and couch. Housekeeping also failed to show up during my visit.
