Our room had a wet floor and blood stains all over the room. It took two calls down to the front desk to finally get them to all of a sudden have another room magically appear available. Ryan at the front desk and the ladies at breakfast were great. Otherwise, the manager was awful and the rooms were horrible. I would never stay here again. Worst Hilton experience ever.
Excellent hotel, staff was amazing, friendly and extremely accommodating. Did everything to help me have a room 2 extra nights while a close family member was hospitalized. Highly reccomend!
