I normally dont leave bad reviews, unless its absolutely called for. To say we were thoroughly disappointed in this Homewood suites is an understatement. From the moment we arrived after our 8 hour drive to the last day of our 1 week stay. It all started when my wife called a few days in advance to confirm that the pool was fully functional. Minor check in issue, but otherwise the room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly.
Excellent customer service during my extended stay.
