Extremely disappointed. They canceled my booking without notifying me, even after sending a confirmation number and a self check-in link. I only found out that my reservation was canceled when I arrived at the hotel. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience.
Do not stay here. If you ever have a problem you won't receive any help. Especially when it comes to refunds. We were given a room with no working A.C. ....the solution was to provide us with fans. Fast forward, because the hotel was booked through Expedia, no discount or refund was provided. The hotel says Expedia has to provide the refund, Expedia says the Hotel has to provide the refund. This is a nice hotel. Centralized location. Very friendly staff. The only issue I had was the shower was dirty.
