An overbearing breakfast attendant named Shaquita, approached me on my second day at the hotel to inform me, I would be charged $10 a plate or bowel, if I decided to take my breakfast to my room, instead of eating it in the dining room. I was shocked. I said “Okay.” She walked away and then returned asking for my name and room number. I gave it to her, she returned to the kitchen to report me. the facilities of this hotel are in good condition, relatively new, gives a pleasant appearance, the common areas are very nice, however I am very sorry to rate this place zero stars for its poor customer service, the staff of this hotel is extremely rude, unfriendly, they treat guests with a very bad attitude, I paid for 4 nights and the entire time I stayed they did not provide room service ANY day, every day I had to go down to the reception to request clean towels, on my second night, I requested room cleaning and I was ... read more
Kadie is a wonderful housekeeping manager who truly goes above and beyond. During my stay at Homewood Suites in Destin, her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail stood out. She leads her team with care and ensures every guest feels welcomed and comfortable. Kadie is a true asset to the hotel.
Room was very clean and comfortable all staff was friendly and kind kadie the house keeping manager was profesional and informative we will definitely book our next Vocation here gor sure
