We had an ordeal with our rooms when we got to the hotel. Apparently the manager did NOT remove the overbooking status and overbooked not only our room but several others... Luckily the front desk ladies, Diane and Melissa , were able to get us into a smaller room until a bigger one was available. The rooms are BEAUTIFUL & CLEAN! Room service & all the staff were beyond accommodating & so friendly. I loved our stay here & would 100% come back!

The staff at this hotel was extremely friendly. I particularly remember Jaquita, short haired breakfast chef. She treated everyone like they were guests in her home. The other staff members were easy to chit chat with. One wished me a happy national tattoo day, another we got to talking about career goals. The grill is a nice touch, allows you more cooking capability with having no oven. I suggest large trash cans for rooms that have full kitchens. The pool was clean, not too busy. We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We specifically booked a room with two queen beds because we are a family of four. Without any notice, the hotel changed our reservation to a room with one king bed. We were never informed before arrival or even at check-in. We only discovered the change after entering our room. My husband immediately went to the front desk, where he was told the manager had made the change but was not on the property. We were given the manager's email address. Came from Texas to our family trip, got here at 3:30pm I understand check in is 4pm but just wanted to check and see if it was available. Alejandro front desk representative was rude, unpolite and unprofessional. I ended up in a small studio 1 king bed instead of 2 beds with a group of 6. First and last time at this place, don’t come here they will give what they want not what you book ahead of time.
