I chose this hotel due to working in the area and wanted to give it a try as I will be back in this area again in the near future. I had an issue with my TV and also found the room AC thermostat to not be accurate at all. My room was clean and the bed comfortable as well as the hotel being generally quiet. I found the breakfast to be adequate but was disappointed that the buffet food was not hot. I talked to Jermaine and addressed my issues and concerns and found he was very accommodating. 1. When we came, they gave us a room that was still dirty. 2. When we were in the pool, 1 of the cleaners pusht the fire alarm and we had to get to the lobby, while we were still wet. 3. When we left, they could'nt find a cushion (it was there but they could'nt find it) and charged us 90$. 4. The windows could'nt open which led to a lack of fresh air. The breakfast was nice and the employees were very friendly and helpful, so 2 stars.
