We arrived around noon, and the lady in a green shirt at the front desk said there were no rooms available—without even checking which room we needed or what we had booked. A minute later, we asked the second front-desk lady, who checked our reservation, and the room was available. Very unprofessional staff.

Worst stay Dryer was broken, they dont respond on the app (2days after maybe) then checked out and they kept charging me for staying and never sent me receipt. Had to keep calling to get my receipt Worst hotel experience by far
The accommodation was great, the service was even better. Can't have asked for better customer service thank you Gina and Drew for making our trip! The room was amazing, especially at the price. Drew and Gina you guys definitely deserve a raise.
