We recently booked our stay through Expedia and was happy to know there's breakfast included until 10AM during the stay and timed our morning schedule accordingly. However the next day when we went down, the front desk told us the breakfast is actually until 9 AM during weekdays since they recently just changed it, although not on Expedia. They can't issue a refund or a credit because it's complementary. Oh well!!
I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect — very central and within walking distance of the Convention Center, which was exactly where I needed to be. The valet parking service was excellent, especially thanks to John. He was attentive, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. His professionalism really made a difference. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely consider staying here again.
I have a friend who flew in from Malaga Spain and he booked this location. It was perfect for him because he had a kitchen area/seating area, and he could prepare food. The bedroom was very spacious and so was the bathroom. He went grocery shopping at a Whole Foods Market somewhere in the neighborhood to stock his kitchenette for the week he plans to stay.
