Excellent service. Stayed on 3rd floor due to being newly remodeled. Had to change my room due to concerns. I think this specific room remodel was not 100% completed. Easily changed my room. Sheli came to me rather than making me come back to the front desk. I also appreciated the text check ins that they do to assure your stay is going well. Great hotel. We had an updated suite as they are still renovating the hotel. Excellent location, near shopping and restaurants. Nice friendly staff. Very clean with good amenities. Fairly priced for the area. We can certainly recommend this hotel. Give them a try. We were pleased with our stay. One minor issue we encountered was the limited parking areas.
This place was very affordable for a nice sized suite room that had a kitchen refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave. Very polite staff. Overall good experience. They also have free breakfast in the morning with a good variety of options.
Fitness room is decent. Rooms are accommodating. Things are used, worn and outdated but the hotel is renovating now so it is being addressed.
