I would stay again in this hotel with my eyes closed. The staff, the attention, superb customer service. The front staff was kind enough to call us as soon as we left because we left something behind and immediately had intentions to mail it and we received it perfectly. The breakfast was a big reason for the stay and it was also 10/10. My family had an amazing experience. Thank you SO MUCH!

My stay at the hotel was a 0. I checked in on a Sunday and checked out on a friday for a work trip and never encounter housekeeping coming into my room. I called downstairs several times to let them know, my bedding looked unclean and the floor looked like they have not been cleaned. Each time I called downstairs I was told they were putting notes in the system to have housekeeping come into my room the next day to turn my room down, due to me getting back to my room after work and house keeping was off for the night but it ... read more

The Front desk staff (Angie in particular) were so kind and helpful. The morning breakfast crew work so hard and do an outstanding job to keep things neat and clean and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Very impressed!
