Do NOT stay here unless you want to sleep in dirt or be double charged for a room and NOT get your Hilton Points. I have tried for over a month to speak to a manager and above but no one will return my calls. Upon check out I was promised my Honors number was in the acct, it was not, and that they would cancel my reservation for the following week, which they did not. Hello authorized person; During my eight-day stay, the bed linens weren't changed, and the trash was taken out once. I had to ask the reception to have that changed.I took out my own trash. My sheets weren't changed at all. The only meat available for breakfast is pork. I suggested beef, chicken, or turkey. They said okay, but today, breakfast was pork again. And it doesn't mention what meat is included in the animal products. Because it's only pork. Sincerely
Hotel has an issue with cleaning staff. There were blood stains on our sheets, and dirty towels left out in the hallway by elevator all day. Our room also wouldn’t cool down and we had to request a fan.
