When I arrived, the lady at the front desk seemed overwhelmed and there was no one there. She is the lady that works 7a-3p. It took her ten minutes to check me into the room and I had a reservation. The phones would not stop ringing. I worked in hotels many years ago, and what happened to 3 rings, and you have to answer. I checked in finally. I had multiple issues dealing with the front desk attendant (Janishua) and the general manager. Worse hotel in the Hilton brand that I've had to deal with in the last 20 years. Walls were dirty, paint was chipping, etc. Management stating they'll refund for the stay and yet I'm still pending credit. I would not stay here, it's not worth the hassle.

Do not book with these people. If you use priceline for booking, you cannot get any service help. Most of the receptionist are absolutely rude! My experience with Johnny "the manager," was the worst customer service I have ever had. He hung up in my face twice & refused to provide me the corporate number to file a complaint.

Check in was a pain. Front desk person doesn’t appear to be properly trained. The c building 3rd floor smells horrendous in the hall. Room’s didn’t smell checked in late at night just went to bed. Next morning no breakfast ready at scheduled time. We had to scramble to find food before the kids game. Hair in the bathroom sink. I don’t have hair.
