We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s a nice choice for short visits, with spacious, modern facilities, bright rooms, and very friendly staff. That said, during our longer stay we noticed a few areas that could be improved. While the rooms are equipped with USB-C and Type-C power sockets, not all of them worked properly, all type-C sockets couldn’t be plugged in at all, which made charging less convenient. While it may be lengthy, my gratitude for the Homewood Suites in Cypress, CA, is truly deserved! This hotel is simply the best! Words cannot fully express my appreciation for the incredible management and staff here. When I mention the staff, I refer not only to the front desk team but also to the kitchen, maintenance and housekeeping personnel. Trying to figure out why the phone in my room is suddenly disconnected. There are many strangers knocking on doors here. Anyone else phone in their room, which has no outside line anyway, suddenly disconnected ?
