Trying to figure out why the phone in my room is suddenly disconnected. There are many strangers knocking on doors here. Anyone else phone in their room, which has no outside line anyway, suddenly disconnected ?

Second time staying here and it did not disappoint again! Such a convenient location to everything around Cypress and Anaheim, Disney included. Super clean—excellent job with that! Even after a year, still looks brand new. The outside is well maintained and the pool, outdoor lounging area as well. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Will come back and stay here when I’m back in town.
We stayed one night here, for a 50th year class reunion. The room was clean, well layed out, and very nice. It included a full size refrigerator, large TV, and we had the King Size bed. The only negative to it was a lack of safe, but that was minor.
