This hotel used to be my preferred hotel in the area. I’ve been staying here for work monthly since Sep 24. I’ve never had any issues until my most recent visit. The poor customer service and attitude of the front desk staff was disappointing considering how much business I’ve given this hotel. I ended up checking out after day 1 of my 5 night stay to go to a different property. Needless to say I won’t be back.
Their team is always accommodating, professional, and proactive when it comes to maintaining their fitness center. It’s great to see how much they value keeping their residents’ gym in top condition. We’re proud to provide their preventative maintenance service and look forward to continuing our partnership!
I received horrible bed bug bites from this hotel then when i called the hotel just wanting to move rooms they tried to tell me it was micro mosquitos. they did not offer any help not even to give me points on my account. i had to force them after i had several people voicing their opinion to let me move rooms. i now have around 30 scars on my legs from the bites.
Better room cleaning for trash removal. Stocking rooms still not up to par as you will not get toilet paper refill until you are forced to use the kleenxat sink to get by. Not free parking - hotel will charge you $12 PER NIGHT and not even gated or secured. Parking fee listed in Hilton app and it is true. Wide open parking. Suggest park on the other side of side walk for free. Parking charge is just to make more money as no benefit for you - - as anyone can get to your vehicle as mentioned not secured.
