Qualità prezzo nella norma. Peccato per la piscina che era in ristrutturazione ( saputo qualche giorno prima di arrivare) e non ci è stato nemmeno dato qualche punto bonus sulla carta o uno sconto o un omaggio... nada!
Front office staff is friendly. Upon arrival to room the power outlets in the bedroom we're not working, remote controls needed batteries replaced, and there was trash on the floor near the bedside that looked like poop..I beleive it was candy since it didn't smell. The manager offered to clean the room, and were unable to switch rooms nor a discount since I booked with 3rd party. We left for the evening and when we came back it was cleaned up, how're there were small flying cockroaches on the bed and ceiling. Pretty disgust... read more
Beware of the extremely rude front desk supervisor !! This has to be the worst experience I ever had at hotel check-in. I reached the hotel 10min at 4pm. The hotel check-in time was 4 pm. They said the room was not ready . I asked to gives us some other room the front desk supervisor Audrey said no she would not do that not sure why. So I asked when would my room would be ready and she said I don’t know and said I can’t promise anytime and threatened me to cancel my reservation and deny service and not give me any refund .
