Powdered chickens when they mate with powdered roosters make powdered eggs. That's the breakfast here.
Family stayed here for one night....did not see anything out of the normal....woke up in the morning and saw bugs....reported to front desk. They said they would have to confirm them.....even after seeing pictures.
Dirty rooms, rude people at the counter, horrible customer service. Was not greeted upon arrival as a Diamond member, had to ask for water. Overall bad experience at this location. I stay at many hotels for business travel and definitely do not recommend this hotel.
We booked this room last minute and it seemed like a really nice hotel . Kids were anticipating jumping in the pool the morning after our arrival to find out that the pool was closed due to it being “very dirty” . We completely understand due to sanitary reasons however we were not informed it would be closed NOR was it disclosed upon booking!!
