Hotel is very outdated. Trash overflowing outside. Rooms definitely subpar hallway is very bad. Hotel staff very nice.
Rooms are smaller than the homewood suites in upper Arlington, and maid Service was a bit lacking. Also the shower didn’t work well for my entire stay and I was there for 30 days. I recommend the one in Upper Arlington over this one for long term.
Would have been nice to have access to the bathroom without having to go through the bedroom. We didn’t have any maid service. we had to go to the desk to get towels & and wash cloths.
Worst experience ever! I was staying at this hotel for a month last year with my dog and prices keeps going up so I decided to check out, I let them know a day before that I was leaving and they said check out is at 11:30am so I ask them if I could please check out at 1pm since I have my dog extremely sick with cancer and needs special care we got an ok but at noon they start calling every 5 minutes none stop to ask if we are out because housekeeping was coming already.
