The desk clerk, Jay, when we arrived on 05/17 around 5pm was very friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable rooms. Close in proximity to many services, food, etc.
Staff was super friendly! Erick in particular is super kind, compassionate, and truly went above and beyond for us! The rooms and huge and very clean. Would recommend!
We booked a room for concert, a couple groups, weeks later we get a call that they are moving us to a different hotel, splitting us up from our friends. Called trying to work something out because we wanted to stay with our friends, they wouldn't help hell they couldn't even find our reservation anymore place is a joke
