I wanted to share my experience staying at this Hilton location, I'm traveling for work and only stayed for one night the customer service here is absolutely fantastic. I was greeted upon my arrival with smiling faces. I was upgraded to a two bedroom suite so that was nice. The property was well maintained and comfortable. Even upon checking out it was raining heavily and the GM Natasha and another employee Eric provided me with an umbrella since I forgot to pack mine. They were life savers! EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Unfortunately rare these days, but this Homewood Suites honestly made an amazing positive impression with their customer service. I had an issue with my reservation - 100% my fault. I called the main Hilton customer service line and they said I would need to contact the hotel in the morning when a manager was on duty. Hi i stayed here not to long ago and i loved this hotel first we will start with the service i loved the front desk workers they were very nice and kid friendly especially this one dude but i forgot his name.second the location i loved it the gym and the shops
