Would not recommend! Very dirty…stained floors in room and hallway, stains on bedding and furniture. Towels were black after hand cleaning the floors because I just felt better knowing things were cleaner than they were when we arrived. Ripped headboard and furniture. Had to ask 3 times in two days for towels. Staff were nice but service was slow. The pillows were terrible for supporting your neck. Our room was not stocked at all. We had to ask for coffee for the keurig. We had to walk to the lobby MULTIPLE times for bed clothes. Why not stock blankets and pillows for the pull out sofa? We attempted to call the front desk around 15 times and never once received an answer the entire time we were there. Once bed clothes were brought to our room (staff at desk wouldn’t give them to us. Worst Hilton brand hotel we’ve stayed in. Thank goodness we were only there one night on our drive from NC to Michigan. I booked this only a couple hours before we arrived because I was unsure about where along our route we’d stay. When we decided that we could make it Columbus I started looking. I cut my stay short due to the nightly CAR BREAK-INS!! This is not an exaggeration, it happened every night I was there! Management couldn’t care less. I asked if there was a plan in place to hire security, I was told “no, you have to just call the police.” Service was none existent, my room wasn’t clean upon check-in, no towels or ironing board, front desk clerks were few and far in between, my check-in process was a complete inconvenience!
