Our experience at this Hilton-branded property was unacceptable and honestly concerning from a safety standpoint. This is a shared property between Homewood Suites and Hilton Garden Inn, and we stayed on the Homewood Suites side—which had no staff or management on-site the entire weekend (Friday through Monday). Any time we needed assistance, we had to physically walk over to the Hilton Garden Inn because no one answered the phone and there was no one working at our hotel.
