Room is filthy. Broken blind, strains on the bed etc. Management is rude. Air didn’t work and the room was 80 degrees. The air didn’t get fixed till the next day. No sleep the 1st night. 2nd night People partying until midnight and still going on now. Screaming and loud music. When brought to management attention I was told they was nice people having a good time and completely disregarded anything I said. Made me to be the issue for wanting to sleep at going on 1am. Wanted a large hotel room for our family. As a former housekeeper, I get super disappointed when rooms aren’t clean and hotel staff aren’t helpful because both factors are important. There were stains on the bed sheets, hair in the shower, floor wasn’t vacuumed, the kitchen was filthy and I don’t think the appliances ever get clean. saturday morning we woke up to the massive car theft and vandalism that occurred in the parking lot. There was glass in the parking lot still when we left. Families were finding out when walking out to leave for the day. It surprises me that with all of the hotels in that area and being owned by Hilton that there would be private security. This is especially confusing given the proximity to the airport. I booked for two days but left within 30 minutes. The bathroom was in terrible shape. Unclean and falling apart. Over thinking that the location needs renovation or at least attention to detail when cleaning the rooms.
