This place was a disaster and I would caution anyone before staying here. Rooms were dirty, dishes and drawers dirty, no service. I reached out to management and they said they would send someone up to clean…they made the bed! My coworker took photos of his room and showed them to the front desk and they bought him off but not me. I have never been so disgusted and disappointed with Hilton, it will be a while before I give them a chance again to make things right.

I had read previously about the vehicle break-ins overnight and was prepared by making sure we emptied out everything in our vehicle. I thought it would help parking right outside of the main lobby entrance however, when we came out early the next morning, there were four vehicles in the spots right next to where we parked in who had broken in windows and the items in their vehicle had been rummaged through. This hotel look pretty nice on the surface. My room and bathroom did not look clean. Hairs all over the shower. The hotel didn’t have ice machines but want you to get ice from the ice maker in the fridge in the room, yuck. Also didn’t have breakfast while I was there.

My arrival 3/7/25 around 3:15-3:30pm The manager on duty was very rude and confrontational. Doesn't know how to resolve issues. Very unprofessional and argumentative. I gave one star not because of the hotel but because of the customer service. Upon my arrival after a long drive here Someone had canceled my reservation, the desk clerk was working to resolve the issue but the manager came from the back and proceeded to tell my family to leave this hotel and find somewhere else to stay.
