One of the best rooms in that area.
Rooms are big and spacious. Corners were definitely cut with cleanliness. The breakfast was definitely not as advertised. The pool was closed which was never mentioned online when booking. Pictures show the lack of breakfast. Definitely not up to our typical Hilton standards nor worth the $250 we spent.
Super convenient location right by the airport, as well as some gas stations and fast food. The rooms were really nice - the bedroom of the suite is completely separate from the living/dining area, which has a complete kitchen and table in addition to the pullout couch. Continental breakfast was ok/good and the common areas were pretty nice (to include the outdoor patio areas). Decent gym with treadmills and a small dumbbell set. I think the temperature in the gym was tuck at high 70s though.
Park and Ride stay, no air conditioning in first room!! Air conditioner wouldn’t go below 74 degrees in second room!! Terrible mattress!! No sleep!! The front desk guy was great!! Will not be staying with Hilton again!! Second Hilton with a terrible mattress!!
My husband’s truck got broken into the first night! Not even 24 hours of being in OH and we wake up to a shattered window. Nothing was taken but what an inconvenience!!! No type of refund or compensation offered. Called police and you can’t speak to anyone they referred us to use online site to report the damage. We stayed there 4 nights and every time we asked to speak to management they are conveniently NEVER there or available. Mind you, we stayed during weekdays.
