HOT! I would advise not booking here until they get their air conditioning fixed! The lobby, halls, and rooms are hot. We woke up to a room that was 78 degrees after letting the hotel staff know there was a problem. Main unit in the room did not run the entire 3 days and the one window unit sounds like it was on its last leg. Another family with us has to change rooms after arriving back to the hotel to find their units taken apart. Hotel staff said this has been an issue for weeks.
Only problem bed sucks. Hilton use to be known for good sleep due to the mattress. My back hurts and i had to drive 8 hrs. But can i say rooms ate always very clean
The staff is great, and breakfast was really good. I believe the QA/QC process could be a lot better. A lot of the reviews are correct, you'll see and smell things that you normally wouldn't at a Hilton property. It's funny you don't notice things when they are done right until you see when they're not. Things need to be upgraded at this hotel, and QA/QC needs to go into rooms and not just look at things but push, pull, and turn to see if something is functioning as it should. Ali go there every year and it gets better and better.
Rooms were not cleaned after several requests, couches are in terrible shape, hair was left on the bedsheets when checked in, doorhandles on the side entrances are completely missing, and staff is difficult to reach. Do not stay here, there are much better options in the area for similar prices.
