My room was clean and smelled fresh. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. Ms. Pat went above and beyond. She shoud be given a raise. She was polite and willing to help with anything. Some of the front desk could staff could use some refresher training on how to greet and treat the customers. I met Justin on his way in yesterday and he was pleasant friendly and helpful. All was good. The staff was top notch. The breakfast was good, diverse and filling. We had a bedroom and living room suite. The furniture needs to go. Very dirty, greasy. Cushions are flat. But, this is good stay that needs a refresh. Still recommended.
Ordered $175 room online through a third party and they added on almost $100extra dollars to be collected in fees etc at the actual location even after speaking to the third party they refused to accommodate without even more money so we did not stay. They did not speak or greet when walking into the hotel. The kitchen lady cleaning was slamming things around loudly.
As I understand there has been a recent change of management, well the new management has there work cut out for them
