Literally the most loud, rowdy, insane experience from 12 in the morning till 10:00… if you plan on sleeping good luck. Video posted is from inside the room with my family trying to sleep that noise is all outside the door … insane . Hot water only in bathroom sink and scalding hot. Overall I felt I should be paid to experience this not the other way around
I was so excited and looking forward to an amazing trip, only to be completely let down by this location. Upon arrival, everything seemed fine - until later in the night when I discovered black mold in the bathroom: on the wall, in the shower, and around the tub area. It was shocking and disgusting. I reported it immediately to the front desk and also contacted Hilton customer service, who kept referring me back to the hotel and offered no help whatsoever.
