I stayed here for work trip. They have the best customer service. The front desk people were always helpful always ready to do what they could for you. The rooms are clean and the housekeeping staff was wonderful. The breakfast are cooked hot and fresh everyday. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who is going to be on an extended stay.
Rooms in need of updating and deep cleaning.
Not impressed. The bed was clean, beyond that everything was a mess. Not enough towels and when we requested an extra towel we were told the hotel had no extras… one of the elevators was out of service. No ice machine on 4th floor. Fitness center only one treadmill was working. TV remote did not work. Phone did not work in our room to even call the front desk. Breakfast was limited- see photo. The rooms are VERY dated and in need of a regular Hilton refresh. I do not plan to stay here again.
Unfortunately the room had a weird smell.The bath tub had chipped pieces out of it and the mirror was molded. There was a piece of cabinetry missing from above the dishwasher. The fridge looked like someone had eaten a bunch of Doritos and wiped their hands on it. A/C stayed on the whole time and wouldn't cool down the room.
The suites have a lot of space! Ceiling fans too were a definite plus. Some of the finishes were a little worn and the hvac seems to have uneven cooling. If you’re a big family traveling it’s hard to beat the space and dual bathrooms!
