Staff is incredibly helpful, clean rooms, air conditioner was questionable but you can't beat the location
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This hotel is near everything but tucked away at the same time. Very walkable opportunity to downtown, parks, and the lakefront. The perk of having the app, I got to pick the floor and room I wanted. The staff were friendly. I had an issue of being charged for parking my entire stay, I didn't have a vehicle. That resulted in an additional $360 charge on my final bill. Corporate couldn't get anyone on the phone to settle this matter.
