Terrible experience, our train was cancelled the morning of arrival. We contacted the hotel to see if we were able to cancel or adjust our reservation since we had no transportation (out of state). They happily said we could cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and cancelled our reservation. Three days later, we get an email informing us that our refund was not approved. Check-in was fine for the most part. There was one attendant with a pretty long line but she managed. I didn't realize that the layout was different from the Florida location. The first night humming was coming through our wall. I called maintenance on speakerphone because our handset didn't work and made him aware as well as our fan only going two speeds, fast and off.
