My Guest Agent was Bree & Her Customer Service was Excellent , My check-in was fast & I loved the Room , it is nice & spacious & everything was nice & clean .. When i visit the area again this is where I will be staying !!
This management team and staff is unmatched! Professional, engaging, guest-focused, pleasant and knowledgeable! Ms. Annette is the MVP as the breakfast attendant. I will return, absolutely! Thank you Vanisha, Alliyah & the rest of the team!!
This was the most out dated Hilton that I've stayed at in a long time. I would not recommend this hotel because of its condition. I think the pictures tell the story. Room smelled like pet urine. Stains all through carpet. Front desk associates were friendly.
Nice hotel just minutes from I64. The rims are clean and the attendants already greet you with a smile
Homewood is our go-to hotel when traveling. That said, we'll probably stay somewhere else when we visit Chesapeake VA. Front desk staff snd housekeeping, welcoming and friendly. Hotel, outdated, needs work. Pool was filled with dirt. We never saw any attempts to clean it. No air-conditioning in the hallways, felt like walking through a sauna.
