One of the worst lodging experiences of my life. The staff demonstrated nothing short of utter incompetence. I was assigned a room that reeked or mold and had a high industry fan blasting. (They did reassign us.) Also, the hotel and rooms look like they haven’t been updated in decades. My wife wouldn’t even sit on the couch. Do not stay here. You’re better off putting up a tent and sleeping in the parking lot. Their coffee bar is good though, I’ll give them that.
What a great last minute find! Right off the highway, very friendly staff, probably one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Shawn at the desk, the lovely lady who set up breakfast, the housekeeping staff and the even met the GM, all so helpful and kind. Thank you for a great stay after a very long trip!
The room had a strong mold smell. The floor was sticky. The couch had…… weird greasy stains. Staff was very understanding. Basically they said they know things are rough, but they are scheduled for a renovation soon. Breakfast was fine. Lots and lots of parking.
