No cold water, even the toilet had hot water. Tub was in bad shape. One of the elevators was broken.
HORRIBLE experience we couldn’t even sleep there. My family drove 11 hours to go on vacation to the Outer Banks. We figured it would be easier to stay the night so we wouldn’t have to drive the whole way. We always stay in Hilton due to us being platinum members and having amazing experiences with Hilton suits. But this Hilton suite didn’t even look like a Hilton suite at all. The rooms looked like we were in a 80s motel. We walk in and they tell us the ice machine is broken. Holy hell, roaches everywhere. I mean everywhere. Day 1 roaches in the bathroom, kitchen and window. Day 2 a roach IN the microwave, Day 3 roaches in the kitchen again. Worst part is im stuck here because Expedia messed up my booking so I cant get a refund and go anywhere else. I mean literally this is the grossest hotel I've ever been at. Stuck here for a few more days until this soccer tournament is over. But again to be clear, this is not the staffs fault, they are great. This is maintenance and upkeep. No reason complain... read more
