The hotel rooms are outdated, the toilets run all night, the sink doesn't drain properly. The carpets are dirty. The breakfast are is hot because the AC in the lobby doesn't work. Aaliyah and Miss Annette was really nice, still wouldn't go back.

Really good room very soft bed. I yet we had the same thing for breakfast 2 days. I thought there was supposed to be a waffle maker and there was not sadly.

I stayed at this hotel and did not have a good experience. We weren't able to check into our room on time because maintenance was working on the room. When we were able to go to our room we discovered the tub faucet was leaking. Maybe that's what maintenance was working on... It would of just been good to know beforehand what maintenance was working on in the room wasn't fixed... especially since all night we could hear the water running since that bathroom was attached to one of the bedrooms in the suite.

This is the most pathetic excuse for a Hilton hotel. The maintenance man creepishly gawked and myself and my daughter while we were walking in and in the lobby. There was a shoeless homeless man in the front bench. The digital key wouldn’t work. The first room we had clearly was not touched by housekeeping before we arrived at 3pm. There was crumbs of food all over the floor plus toothpaste and hair all over the bathroom sink. The second room was “cleaner” but we found used fake nails in the desk. The elevator broke.
