Very poor interaction with front desk agent, rooms smell horrible and very outdated. Furniture and carpets are stained and gross. Im out if I can get a fund. Poorest hilton brand hotel ive ever tried to stay at

Horrible experience. The odor of stale air, even smelling like smoke, hit us when we walked in the door. Then we waited in the lobby for at least 15 minutes before anyone showed up at the front desk for check in. I asked if there were ice machines on the 2nd floor and was told "you get ice here". I just needed my cup filled. She then flippantly asked if I wanted a bag... What? No, I just want to fill my cup at the ice machine. Where is it. I have never been so disappointed with the Hilton brand than when I walked in room 222 at this hotel. As a longtime guest of Hilton properties across the country I have not encountered anything so disgusting than what we found here. Booked for 6 people in a 2 bedroom, 2 King Suite advertised with a sofa bed. We have stayed in the 2 bedroom suites before at several locations so knew what our expectations should be. Staff was very accommodating, patient and personable; perfect proximity to nearby activities and shops. Breakfast was excellent. We could only get a studio room unfortunately, but it was clean and the experience was enjoyed overall. Would stay again.

My friend is staying here while her apartments are getting done and it seems to be very nice. A little outdated but she says that the staff has been kind. And I know for a fact that one member was very kind. I was outside with my kids who are toddlers and we were leaving and I left my phone and my friend's room and he was leaving and he said he would go and get it.
