Power went out during a bad storm, they seemed like the only place that couldn’t get power back. Nearby places all had power. Power went out around 6pm, was still out when we checked out at 8AM. No AC, breakfast or elevators. No communication from staff about a timeline.
Good rooms for stay
Absolute trash. I’ve never complained once in a hotel in at least 15 years. I’ve had to change rooms 3 times bec first 2 nights person upstairs comes in and stomps, slams doors, etc and you can hear everything. Next room on 4th floor and had to leave bec dog on 3rd floor yapping unceasingly. Third room and kids running continuously for 3 hours and jumping. The issue is there is zero sound proofing and the people that come here are just unbehaved fools
