Immensely disappointed with the technology at this hotel. I drove with my wife in the middle of the night and planned to take a rest here before continuing our journey. I specifically chose this hotel because of its high standards suite amenities, and great ratings. However, my wife and I were met with an system audit. After already driving 8 hours straight and sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes the front desk clerk said the audit was still going. Great rooms, very clean, with friendly, professional, and attentive staff all in a great location.
Great location to UVA. Rooms we're clean and the staff friendly with any needs.
Bathroom toilet seat was not cleaned. Kitchen floor was tacky. Check in took way to long, one clerk at the desk, many people checking in. The Housekeeping staff was wonderful. Friendly and professional!
