Location was adequate. The service was nonexistent. We arrived at 4pm to check in. Parking lot was mostly empty. We had had our reservation for several months. Front desk checked us in, did not direct us in the direction of our room, but rather allowed us to wander a couple of halls (due to a lack of directional signage) looking for the hallway with our room. Overall I had a great stay. I've been staying here once a year for the past 3 years and love the amenities, friendly and helpful staff, and I always feel safe staying here alone. I did notice that the room I was in could use some paint touch ups, I wasn't looking but some were super noticeable I couldn't help it, it was just surprising for the price and since it's a Hilton brand. But again overall I love this place and will continue to return.
