Nice breakfast with flavorful food, thanks to the cook for adding some spices. Gym was good with 3 treadmills, a few ellipticals, cable machine free weights and a bike. Room was big enough and water pressure was fantastic. I did think the room could have used a better cleaning as the fan had a layer of black dust, fridge front was sticky and bathroom floor didn't appear to have been swept prior to our arrival. I did notify the front desk at departure so hopefully it would be addressed.
Before you read this, search “hot water” and you’ll see that my experience here is unfortunately not a one-off. I’ve been coming to this Homewood Suites for years because the front desk staff has always been kind, welcoming, and personable. I remember Barbie, if she were still here, this situation would never have happened. Tonight was unacceptable. I called the front desk around 7 PM to report that my room had no hot water.
