My husband and I had such a wonderful experience! Justin one of the managers, went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome! The rooms were clean and super comfortable! Jerrica was also so kind in helping our stay be even better! This location is great! It’s right around the corner from South Park luxury mall! We would definitely stay here again!
The staff was nice, friendly, and very helpful. Semaj and Rashad were awesome with their customer service skills and great with restaurant recommendations. The hotel was very clean and my room was very comfortable. I highly recommend Homewood Suites South Park/Charlotte, NC.
Wow! 5/5 This was one of the best hotel experiences i’ve had. The Homewood staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, and breakfast was A+. Location was perfect with serval amazing restaurants near by. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!
We absolutely loved staying at the hotel. The location was great to all the restaurants and very close to the south Park Mall. The people at the front desk were very helpful. But our suite was perfect. Lots of space and very quiet.
