Very nice hotel with HUGE rooms! Staff was extremely friendly! Best part was not having to throw away a Book of Mormon from my hotel room, because the Hilton family hasn't opted to force feed their beliefs on anyone else. Can't say the same for the Marriott family!
Most times people generally don't say THANK YOU to the folks who went above and beyond to make your experience memorable! So, I am taking this opportunity to say it to: Brittany, Emma, Steven, Juan, Charlie, Ysabel, Maria, Elizabeth, Karina, Angy and all the folks I couldn't name by name. BEST STAY EVER!!! I’m not sure who is writing all of the 5 star reviews. This is one of the most disgusting Hiltons I have ever stayed at. I asked for a refund and to go somewhere else because I was uncomfortable but was told the manager said no because I was given other rooms to stay in. After moving rooms I realized they were all equally disgusting. Do not stay here! I’m surprised they don’t have bed bugs. Wish the manager would have let me leave- but now you can deal with the community seeing a bad review. 10/10/25- I see the nice response... read more
