I didn’t stay here myself my friend did stopped by this place is beautiful rooms are very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Room smells like dog, couch is filthy. If they going to clean them they should get rid of them. This is not a Hilton brand service I've come to known and should be removed

Overall it was ok but had to take out a few stars due to the following reasons. 1. Pool was not clean. Too many bugs and even my children who I can barely get out of the pool refused to go in. 2. The breakfast buffet had pathetic service. At any time any of the dishes were empty and were not refilled until you called the person and asked them to refill. I hosted my family reunion last weekend and we stayed at this location. The staff was extremely accommodating in helping me to prepare for my family's arrival. My family had nothing but good things to say about the rooms, the hotel location and the staff. Please know that I will be recommending this property to others for any future stays in the Ballantyne area.
