Be prepared to eat breakfast out every day. The continental breakfast is pretty bad. The service overall is very hit or miss. One of the beds in our room creaked horribly so had to sleep on the couch. The location is perfectly set in the middle of everything you could possibly want to do which is awesome!
I was a little nervous about the recent negative reviews, but we had a great stay! All staff members we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. They have water and coffee available all day, which is a nice touch. The gym and pool were clean, though they need to purchase more umbrellas for the pool area. There was one total umbrella for the whole pool, and the sun is brutal. Breakfast was delicious, hot and had a great variety every morning.
