We stayed last month with our two kids and overall had a great experience. The room was perfect—super clean and well-functional. It was particularly nice to have the ability to close the door to the bedroom, allowing the kids to sleep peacefully while we moved around the living room and kitchen without waking them. The full-size fridge was a huge plus, and housekeeping did a wonderful job throughout our stay. I am so confused by all these positive reviews, I have stayed here multiple times because of work, never by choice. The rooms are disgusting, they’re beyond outdated the carpet is always damp and feels wet the room absolutely stinks and mold. As soon as you open the door you’re hit with a smell. It’s so bad that it leaves me coughing, disoriented, dizzy, and unable to sleep. I have slept in multiple rooms here and they all have these issues. The staff at the counter is very kind. As a disabled person (an amputee) parking was the WORST!!! There was 1 handicap spot 1 block down and it was usually taken by a non handicap person (no handicap plate or card). The only 1 other handicap spot was in the parking deck at the hotel. In the beginning for the 1st few months I stayed there after my kidney transplant, the Mgr, Brian, was great!
