The beds were stiff and we woke up every morning with back and neck pain. Walls are thin so we woke up multiple times during the night to other people, flushing toilets or using their sinks or coming in and out of their rooms. Still, if you want a cheaper alternative being in downtown Charleston, we wouldn’t have minded booking this place again for the next time we came, except the customer service we got on the day that we left. This hotel is close to everything, most within walking distance. Nay at the front desk, is the nicest and so helpful. Love staying here.

We arrived very late at the hotel after flight delays, exhausted, only to find our room was not ready and there was a constant loud noise. The front desk did not respond, and we had to wait until almost noon for a supervisor and technician to fix the problem. When we requested compensation for a night of lost sleep, the staff, especially front desk supervisor Evans ignored our emails for two months and ultimately refused to compensate . I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I would recommend for any group looking to book here! Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Food is good, meeting space was awesome, and location was prime! I worked with Abby, and she was amazing!

Have been staying here since this location was New! Had a issue with the room this stay, no fault of the property or owner, was a guest issue. This property has one of the Best GM's in the Hilton network. She keeps up with the property and knows how to handle any issue they might have. ** Thanks for taking care of things during they stay.
