Very nice rooms with full kitchen and area to set up computer for work. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom has separate shower/toilet area from sink/mirror area. Location is great for being able to walk to restaurants. Valet parking as well as nearby meter parking

Another great hotel by hillton is the homewood suites. This one is one of my favorite homewood suites because of the level of attention, the staff has with you. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the staff is very attentive. They gave me great coffee recommendations of multiple shops that I could go to in downtown. We chose to go get some lattes at Blum Coffee and we enjoyed their vibe and the fact that we could meet clients there. Excellent experience in charleston.

If you are looking to book a conference here, steer clear. While the onsite staff were lovely (thank you, Ben!), we have had the worst experience with the Sales staff. Four conferences we've hosted in Charleston, two at this hotel. This time the sales staff has been awful to work with - sending wrong contracts back and forth, over and over again, getting the details wrong in big ways, for months the back and forth has been painful.
