Very clean, great breakfast. The staff is very professional and courteous
I'm a diamond member and I had much higher expectations of this place. I went downstairs to get a snack for the room and I cannot charge it to the room I had to go to some kiosk and I said no thank you the phones in the room were busted up relics. For Carlsbad California this place is not worthy. The employees were okay but they were not helpful when I asked for a working phone so I could get a wake up call.
