I didnt stay here but I live down the street and it always had police there. It always has an ambulance. And their fire alarm goes off all of the time

It was great but the service is absolutely horrible. They didn't let my 16 year old CERTIFIED LIFEGUARD brother in the pool because you had to be 21. 21!!!! And the pool was cold and the service wouldn't be at the desks in the morning every day even at night! The rooms were good and the food was good but i don't recommend it as the best hotel

Very poor experience – not up to Hilton standards Review: Stayed here March 14–18, 2026. Overall experience was far below what is expected from a Hilton property. Corridors were repeatedly dirty, with garbage bags left outside rooms for hours. Housekeeping equipment was left in guest areas, and through a corridor window we saw dead pigeons outside that appeared to have been there for days. There was continuous noise above our room during the day. We were told the pool was heated, but it was cold. Later our key no longer open... read more

Check is supposed to be 4 pm. My room was not ready after 1.5 hours just sitting in thw lobby after a six hour flight. Since I was exhausted and need to rest I chose to get a king room instead of thw double I need for the kids. I just chose to sleep on thw couch to get the kids situated. The check in was terrible and there was a drunk man in the lobby flirting with the front desk for hours. Which turned out to be her entire shift.
