We have always stayed at a Hilton hotel when we travel no past issues. We had no idea they were under construction. I feel they should tell you they before hand since both of our grandsons have asthma. Plus rust is around the corners going into the bathroom and on our shower curtain appears to be poop streak. Very very disappointed. Will not stay here again. And the breakfast included wasn’t nothing like previous breakfast bars. They had construction paper up where they were working and only one elevator worked l.

I’m only giving 5 stars because of Eric and Mariam!! I experienced a problem with our room and was very frustrated! One man called himself trying to help the situation but only made it worse! Long story short Eric assured us that we would get a comfortable room and rest before our cruise and boy did he come though!! Marian got us a new room which was an upgraded suite and Eric personally walked our luggage and us to our new room!! OVER and beyond service!! Thank you Eric!!
