This hotel is a great hotel. Great service. Feels like home. Thanks Felix for everything. Coming back soon.
Spent over a week here. Amenities are excellent, but the breakfast bar gets a bit repetitive. It's close to the main highway and cruise ships, and not far from the main strip or usssa baseball facility. Only thing this place needs is an in house dine in restaurant.
Update: Changed this to 5 stars for the managers attitude and understanding once I finally got to talk to them. After finally getting ahold of a manager at the hotel they were able to help me out and refund a portion of the room. While our experience with the desk staff was less than amazing, the manager was very kind and understanding. This was done outside of their normal refund policy, based on our circumstances below.
